EarlyDoors is a free UK homebuyer service that helps buyers create a structured Buyer Brief and choose participating local estate agents to receive it.
Tell agents what you are looking for
A property search involves more than a budget and bedroom count. Your locations, must-haves, preferences, buying position and timing help explain which homes could work. EarlyDoors brings those requirements together so you can give relevant participating agents a consistent starting point.
Scout, our assistant, guides the conversation and creates a structured Buyer Brief. You review and edit it, then choose the relevant participating agents who receive it. Those agents can contact you directly about suitable properties. EarlyDoors is not an estate agent, a property portal or a substitute for professional advice.
Where we are starting
We are preparing to launch around Tring, Berkhamsted and Aylesbury while onboarding local estate agents. Buyer Brief creation is not open yet. You can use the buyer resources now and join the homepage launch list.
Another way to hear about suitable homes
A clear brief can help an agent recognise a suitable match, including an opportunity the seller permits them to discuss before public marketing. EarlyDoors cannot promise that a branch will have such a home, respond, or give you priority. Keep using portals and useful direct agent relationships alongside the service.

Free for homebuyers, with clear choices
EarlyDoors is free for homebuyers. You review your Buyer Brief before choosing relevant participating estate agents. Any separate professional introduction should explain the available provider and any relevant commercial relationship when that choice is presented. You remain free to choose your own professional advisers.

Matt Wells is the founder of EarlyDoors. The service is being developed around Tring, Berkhamsted and Aylesbury to make it easier for buyers to explain their search to relevant participating estate agents through one structured Buyer Brief.

EarlyDoors publishes these guides to help buyers ask better questions and organise their search. We link to official sources for local information and distinguish practical suggestions from facts about a particular property. Examples are fictional; they do not describe a customer result or a participating branch.
