One clear brief from a buyer, sent to the agents they choose.
EarlyDoors helps a buyer set out what they're looking for once — budget, locations, requirements and timing — and share that brief directly with local agents. We're running an invitation-only pilot with a small number of branches, so we can get this right before opening it up more widely.
Shared only with the agents this buyer selected.
How the pilot works
What taking part actually involves.
A structured brief, not a name and number
Each brief sets out budget, locations, property requirements, timing and buying position, in the buyer's own words.
The buyer chooses who sees it
Briefs are only shared with the agents the buyer selects, and the buyer can withdraw a brief at any time.
Sent to your branch inbox
Buyer Brief notifications arrive in your branch inbox. A secure link opens the full Brief and contact details so your team can follow up and record its response.
Local, and small on purpose
The pilot covers a limited number of branches in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire while we learn what works.
Free for agents
EarlyDoors is free for agents. There is no software to install or long-term commitment.
We're an early-stage service and we describe it plainly: the number of briefs in any area depends on how many buyers are using EarlyDoors there, and we can't promise a particular volume or outcome. What we can say is that every brief you receive comes from a buyer who wrote it themselves and chose to send it to you.
Buyers write the brief. You decide what to do with it.
